Auctions

To create live auctions, click on the “gavel” button near the bottom right of the live event screen

You can choose to add a single product auction or multiple products.

For all auctions, you are able to select a vendor or seller. If another use is associated with the auction, they will be able to manage the order of that item in their Exchvnge account after the auction has ended.

Multiple Products

If you wish to add multiple products for auctions, you can enter the number of products you wish to add, and / or whether you want them to be numbered automatically. If you choose auto numbered, all products will have #1, #2, #3 etc added to the original product name you entered.

Otherwise, all products added will have the same name as entered.

Activating auctions to the event

Once you finish added the products, you will see the list of added products in the auction panel. You can click on the arrow button on the right to set the active auction.

Starting Auction

When you are ready to start the auction, you can click on the setting (gear icon) button on the active auction panel, you will then be able to confirm the starting price, increments, and shipping rates for the auction.

There are also additional options for each auction

• Process Payment

  • At the end of the auction, whether the app should to charge the winner‘s credit card for the won auction*

After auction

After an auction has concluded, if it was one by one of the users, it will automatically create an order in the system. You can see these orders if you click on the "Shopping Bag" button near the bottom right corner.

You can also go to your account to manage the status and shipping updates for the order.
